In our campaign «100 employees visit 100 customers», our customers played the lead role. By the end of 2015, Swiss Life had enabled 100 employees who have no customer contact in their day-to-day work to spend a day with a customer. A report on every visit was published in the intranet.
All of the customers who took part in the "100 employees visit 100 customers" project spent a day sharing their hopes, dreams and experiences with Swiss Life employees, and giving them a glimpse into their lives. The following video lets you share the experience.
A meeting room dedicated to each customer
During the second year of the campaign, images and texts from customer visits were integrated into the meeting rooms at Swiss Life buildings. A meeting room was named after each customer.
